Human Rights Institute for High School Student Leaders

The Holocaust and Human Rights Education Center will host its 17th Annual All Day Institute on Human Rights.

The mission of the HHREC is to enhance teaching and learning the lessons of the Holocaust and the right of all people to be treated with dignity and respect.  Our programs endeavor to encourage students to speak up and to act against all forms of bigotry and prejudice.

Our Student Institute is intended to further our mission by promoting student awareness of human rights issues on both local and global levels, and to empower students to become upstanders by creating and implementing Action Plans of their own.
