White Plains, NY, August 31, 2026 - The Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center (HHREC) of White Plains, NY has announced a partnership with the Holocaust Center of Pittsburgh, to support Girl Scout troops and other groups working to earn a Holocaust Education Patch in New York and neighboring states.
